A Comunidade Estímulos Brasil (o “site”), os serviços oferecidos (os “serviços”) e o software mobile disponível para download em conexão com os serviços (o “Software”) são de propriedade, operados e mantidos pela Letícia Bringel Psicologia Comportamental Ltda, (“nós”, “nosso” ou a “Companhia”).
Em caso de discordância com estes termos, o Site não deverá ser utilizado. Para os efeitos deste Termo, “você”, é aquele que paga pelo acesso aos serviços, bem como o aluno ou Tutor (conforme definido abaixo), que acessa ou usa os Serviços.
Caso o usuário é pai, mãe, tutor, ou responsável que permite uma criança de acessar os Serviços, este se responsabilizará pela criança e sua utilização dos serviços e acesso ao site. Este site é destinado ao uso para pessoas com idade acima de 12 (doze) anos.
Em caso de cursos comercializados pela Comunidade Estímulos Brasil, será necessário o pagamento de uma assinatura mensal, trimestral, semestral ou anual para que o usuário tenha acesso ao conteúdo do mesmo.
Será possível que a Comunidade Estímulos Brasil, opte por alterar temporariamente as taxas para os serviços oferecidos na comunidade, por exemplo para eventos promocionais, ou quando do lançamento de novos serviços.
Todas as taxas são cobradas em Reais (BRL), ou seja, o usuário é responsável por pagar todas as taxas e impostos associados com o site em tempo hábil, com um método de pagamento válido. Se seu método de pagamento falhar por alguma razão, a Comunidade Estímulos Brasil poderá fazer a cobrança utilizando-se de outros métodos de pagamento.

Se for menor de 12 (doze) anos, obterá o consentimento dos pais ou responsáveis legais antes de utilizar o site e antes de entrar em contato com Tutores e Escolas.
Não manipulará ou interferirá no Site;
Não solicitará informações pessoais de qualquer Tutor ou Escola, e concordará que, se algum Tutor ou Escola divulgar tais informações para você, e lhe sugerir uma conversa pessoal ou offline ou se lhe for solicitado qualquer informação pessoal, concorda que informará ao Site de imediato, por escrito ou telefone
Uma assinatura eletrônica ou física da pessoa autorizada a agir em nome do proprietário dos direitos autorais ou outro interesse de propriedade intelectual;
Uma descrição dos trabalhos protegidos por direitos autorais ou outra propriedade intelectual que o usuário reclama ter sido infringida;
Uma descrição de onde o material que o usuário alega estar infringindo está localizado no Site;
seu endereço, número de telefone e endereço eletrônico;
Uma declaração sua de que o usuário tem uma crença de boa fé que o uso contestado não seja autorizado pelo proprietário dos direitos autorais, seu agente ou pela lei;
Uma declaração sua, feita sob pena de perjúrio, que as informações acima em seu anúncio para a Comunidade Estímulos Brasil é preciso e que o usuário é o dono da propriedade intelectual ou direitos autorais ou autorizado a agir em nome do autor ou proprietário de propriedade intelectual.
